70s Tapestry Fringed Dress M - L

Vintage 70s homemade dress. Scoop neckline and long sleeves with fringe at cuffs. Geometric skirt with silver thread, velvet trim, and fringe at hem. Back zipper. Attached velvet belt with hook & eye closures. Top portion is polyester, skirt is unknown.
