Velvet Buttoned Skirt SZ 10 -12

Vintage black velvet high waisted skirt. Velvet covered side buttons at waist. Fitted at waist and hip. Fully lined. Made in the U.S. No fabrication label but most likely rayon exterior, acetate lining. 

Condition: Very good - back seam has had repair but not visible.
