Vintage Ceramic Portrait Wall Plaque

Vintage, 1940s - 1950s, wall portrait. Portrait is inside a convex bubble glass dome surrounded by red velvet and hand painted ceramic. 7.5”L x 6”W. 

Condition: Ceramic and velvet are excellent, some scratches on glass dome.
